Booking confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only after you accept the final proposal and the required payment is received under the conditions stated in that proposal.
Changes and cancellations
Amendment, cancellation and refund conditions are supplied before confirmation and can include separate lodge, airline, park-authority and activity-provider terms.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, vaccinations and professional health advice. Relevant medical information must be disclosed for mountain, marine or remote journeys.
